To do something like that in Photoshop would be quite a task.  Just seach the internet for &quot;free backgrounds&quot; and you&#039;ll probably find one that is similar.  You could also try to contact the user of this website and ask them how they created that image.</description>

		<description>Ouch that is a hard one! animating in adobe photoshop cs3 extended is a frame by frame process and 24 frames for a second is average  so I use flash cs3 isntead  but if you really want to try it  go to the windows function it is on the top list click animate it will open it and then you have to set which picture comes next for each frame it is really a hassle if you want to really animate get flash.</description>
